President Obama arrives Kenya in ‘The Beast’ (See Photos)

The United States president, Barrack Obama has arrived Kenya, his ancestral home. The president who is visiting for the first time as a serving US arrived in a bullet proof glassed-limousine popularly called ‘The Beast’.

Obama, who is on a 2-day visit to have a chat with Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and other top officials, arrived the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, with the limousine ready to pick him up. According to BBC, the US president would delivering a “blunt message” to African leaders concerning gay rights and discrimination. He is also billed to visit Ethiopia just to show United States’ commitment to fighting terror in East Africa. AFP however revealed that the limousine that conveyed him from the airport, was flown in from the US. It has eight-inch thick steel plates, five-inch thick bulletproof glass, Kevlar-reinforced tyres, and a presidential blood bank in the boot. In a related development, there have been insinuations claiming that the government of the United States helped Boko Haram insurgency spread in Nigeria , one of the things President Buhari’s recent visit to the States got clarified.
