IMT Post 2014 UTME Screening Exam date, Cut off Mark and Registration details

The management of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu invites applications for the 2014/2015 Post UTME Screening Exercise.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the imt post utme screening exercise:
(a) Candidates must have picked Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu as their first or second choice;
(b) Candidates who did not choose Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, but wish to be considered for admission into the Institute, may also apply;
(c) The general UTME score of 150.

Registration procedure:
Interested candidates should go to the following Banks to purchase an IMT electronic application PIN for N5,000.00 only:

Using the PIN go to www.imt.edu.ng to fill and submit the application form. Download and print the acknowledgement slip after filling the form.

Application Closing Date:
The IMT Post UTME screening registration ends on 29th August 2014.

Screening Date and Requirements:
The imt post utme screening is from 17th to 19th September 2014. Candidates are required to arrive the screening venue with:
  1. The acknowledgement slip as in 2(c) above
  2. HB Pencil and eraser
  3. Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs and
  4. JAMB online result, two (2) copies each.
Only bonafide candidates will be allowed into the halls (Cell phones will not be allowed). Parents, guardians and friends are strongly advised to keep away from the venues of the screening.

Igbinedion University Undergraduate 2014/2015 Admission Form

The management of Igbinedion University, Okada hereby announces to interested candidates that the form for admission into undergraduate programmes are out for the 2014/2015 academic session.
General Entry Requirements:
  • To be eligible for admission into the four-year disciplines and five or six-year professional programmes, candidates must possess a minimum of five credits at the GCE/WAEC, SSCE/NECO, or SSCE/NABTEB certificate examinations, which must include English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
    In addition, candidates seeking admission into Law must possess at least a credit pass in Literature in English. Candidates awaiting GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB results are also encouraged to apply provided the results would be available by September 2014 when the new session commences.
  • Candidtate may also seek admission into the 200 level of the degree programmes with the following qualifications:
  1. Passes in at least two subjects at the Advanced level and an additional subject at the subsidiary level in the General Certificate of Education Examination. The subjects must constitute a suitable preliminary to the intended courses.
  2. Diploma/NCE at credit level pass and above in the appropriate subjects from a recognized institution.
  3. IJMB in the appropriate subjects.
  4. First Degree in relevant discipline.
  5. In all these cases, candidates must also satisfy the requirements for matriculation viz: five credit passes at the GCE/WAEC SSCE/NECO SSCE/NABTEB Certificate examinations.

UTME Requirement:
Candidates applying for admission are required to sit for the 2014/2015 UTME and obtain the prescribed cut-off marks. This is a statutory requirement for entry into Nigerian universities

Age:
Candidates who are above 22 years of age will not be deemed eligible for admission. Older candidates may be admitted under exceptional circumstances.

Log on to www.iuokada.edu.ng, click on the Online Application Tab, complete and submit the online form, and make a printout of the successfully completed application confirmation page which carries a Registration Number. This should be brought along with a certified bank draft of N6,500 drawn on any reputable bank made payable to Igbinedion University Okada to the preferred screening centre on the day of screening. International applicants can also apply online and forward along with their confirmation page an application fee of US$60, 30BP or 30 Euro payable through international money order or certified cheque made payable to Igbinedion University Okada.

Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma 2014 Post Utme –Cut Off Mark, Exam Date and Registration Details

Ambrose Alli University AAU Ekpoma Post Utme 2014 details has been announced. All 2014/2015 UTME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of Choice, with a UTME cut-off mark of 180 and above are invited to attend a screening exercise in the University.

Method of Application:
Applicants are required to pay for the Aau Ekpoma post utme 2014 on-line application form at a fee of N2,500.00 (Two thousand, five hundred Naira only) using their ATM debit cards on Interswitch or purchase an eTranzact PIN (Payment Voucher) from any of the under listed Banks Nation Wide.

Procedure for Online Application:
Only candidates with their names on the cPortal as uploaded from the JAMB Institution of Choice list and with a score of 180 and above are eligible to make payments and also participate in the AAU Ekpoma post utme 2014 screening exercise.

Consequently, candidates are advised to first check the Ambrose Alli University cPortal at www.myaau.com for their details by logging on to the cPortal with their JAMB UTME registration number as access code.
Such details containing the student’s bio data and AAU application number should be printed out by the candidates and used as payment instruments using their ATM debit cards on Interswitch or at the designated banks for the purchase of the eTranzact PIN.

All candidates are to visit the Ambrose Alli University college cPortal at www.myaau.com to complete and submit the post UTME online application form with their payment details.
Every candidate must upload their coloured passport photograph and scanned copies of all relevant certificates/documents to the cPortal.  All names should be written in full when completing the online application form as no initials shall be entertained.

Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms.
Candidates are to print out a copy of the application form with their passport photograph for presentation along with other documents on the screening dates stated above. The examination study guide is available for download on completion of the application process.

Duration of Application:
Application forms for UTME candidates will be available online for completion and submission from Monday 7th July, 2014 to Tuesday 22nd July, 2014.

MATERIALS NEEDED FOR POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE 
Candidates are required to come with the following:
A clear copy of Photo-card printed online.
A Pen, and Non-Programmable Calculator.
NOTE:
The online Practice Test is to enable candidates familiarize themselves with the actual test environment. 
Inconsistency in name is not acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification. Candidates’ names on their 0’Level certificates and UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.
Mobile Phones, Walkman, Ipod, Ipad and similar gadgets are not allowed into the Screening Venue.
Candidates must apply within the Registration period as the link for the Application Form will be disabled at mid-night on 28th July, 2014 
Candidates must report to Screening Venues by 7.00am each day.
Parents and Guardians, as well as uninvited security agents, will not be allowed into the Campus on the days of the Screening Exercise.

University of Ibadan Post 2014 UTME Cut Off mark, Exam Date and Registration Details

The University of Ibadan UI post utme screening form is out. The University of Ibadan UI hereby requests all candidates who made the University their Institution of choice and scored 200 or above in the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination UTME to apply for the admission screening test of the institution.

How To Apply For 2014 UI Post-Utme / Registration Instructions:
Interested candidates are expected to to pay the sum of N2, 000.00 for Admission Processing and N1, 000.00 for checking of results. The total sum of N 3, 000.00 should be paid into any of the under-listed accounts :

JAMB registration number/names e.g. 93145667FE/SHUAIB, OLADIMEJI OKIGBO.
Consequent upon payment of the total sum of N3, 000.00 for Admission Processing and for checking of results at the bank, candidates are expected to submit their Teller Numbers and branch details online.
This should be done by logging-in on: http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng with the JAMB Registration Number and submission of a valid/functional e-mail address and GSM number (for SMS text).

Candidates will retrieve username and PIN-number on the same web page, immediately after submission of bank teller details.

Candidates are then expected to log onto http://www.admissions.ui.edu.ng to submit their bio-data and ‘O’ level results.

Candidates should ensure that the on-line forms are carefully filled, following ALL necessary instructions, as “mistake(s)” may lead to disqualification. Please fill the on-line forms in CAPITAL letters only.
Candidates can return to the portal, up till 21 July, 2014 to edit/complete their previous entries or otherwise review and print their submissions. Please ensure that you click “FINAL SUBMISSION” before printing. Applicants should note that no further editing CAN be done after final submissions.
Kindly use functional e-mail addresses and telephone numbers to enable the University reach you in the course of the Admission exercise or whenever the need arises.
Candidates are expected to upload their passport photographs and signatures. The image format for the passport and signature is JPEG and must not exceed 50kB. The photographs must be on white background showing both ears, without glasses, cap or headgear.

UI Post Utme 2014 Screening Schedule:
Candidates that are duly registered and processed for the Post-UTME Screening exercise will access their screening details on the admissions portal at a date to be announced later.

Application Closing Date:
The closing date for the University of Ibadan post utme screening is on Monday, 21 July, 2014.

NOTE: Candidates should please note that it is only when an ‘O’ level result is deficient for a course of choice that another deficient result may be presented to complement. Candidates presenting two ‘O’ level results (6 credits at 2 Sittings) should ensure that the comprehensive details of both results are submitted.
The deadline for submission of bio-data / ‘O’ level results may not be extended. Any candidate whose data are not submitted within the stipulated time may not be considered for Post-UTME Screening and for admission.
Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offence. Candidates are therefore advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and in appropriate cases, be handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.
Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines stipulated above for successful completion of the online submissions.
Finally, candidates are requested to note that payment of the sum of N3, 000.00 is for processing of each applicant’s application and for checking of result. This does not guarantee admission.

  • eTranzact payment slip.
  • Post UTME photo card (on-line Registration form).

CHECKING RESULT
  • After the Post UTME Result has been uploaded, the applicant can log on to the portal to check the aggregate POST UTME Result, by clicking Check Result.
  • Enter your UTME Reg No/Application Number/Confirmation Pin.
  • Click Search.
  • The Post UTME aggregate result will appear on the screen.
  • Then the applicant clicks Print Result below the page.

University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post UTME Registration guidelines 2014/2015

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post UTME Registration has commenced in earnest since July 4th, 2014. This year, University of Benin is calling for application from all candidates who choose UNIBEN as first choice and scored 200 and above in 2014 UTME.

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) POST-UTME Screening Exercise for 2014/2015 academic session will take place on Friday 25th July, 2014 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of the University.  All candidates are expected to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for the screening exercise.

How to apply for University of Benin (UNIBEN) Post UTME

All applications should be done between July 4th 2014 and 7.00am of 22nd July, 2014.
The procedure for the 2014/2015 PUTME Entry screening application is as follows:
1.    Visit UNIBEN Post UTME Portal at: www.uniben.edu
2.    Candidates are advised to have a valid e-mail account before starting the application process.
3.    Click on WAEUP Portal
4.    Click on Register for application at the top left of the display page to proceed.
5.    Enter your Surname exactly as written on the JAMB Registration slip and your JAMB Registration
       number.
6.    Immediately, your ID and Password will be displayed on the browser.
7.    On the https://uniben.waeup.org click on ‘Login’ (top right of front page).
8.    Enter your Username and the password to login.
9.    To start the application process, please click on ‘Application record’, provide all required information and upload your passport photograph.
10.     Upload a RECENT and CLEAR “1×1” COLOUR PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WITH RED BACKGROUND IN JPEG FORMAT ONLY.  NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout  their stay in the University of Benin.  FAILURE TO UPLOAD THE SPECIFIED PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPH WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION and failure/forfeitures of admission.
11.     To pay for the Application, click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “College Pay” on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee of N 2,000:00; the PUTME past questions for N1,000:00 (optional); the Interswitch and Portal Services for N550:00 with an ATM-Enabled Verve or Master Card from any Commercial Bank
12.     A link is displayed “Download past questions to practice.
13.     Preview and confirm your information before submitting your application online.   (No correction will be accepted after the closing date). Print out an acknowledgement slip that contains the screening schedule.


Application website closes by 7:00am on 22nd July, 2014 (i.e. all applications must be concluded online not later that 7:00am of 22nd July, 2014).  Candidates who pay after the deadline will not sit for the examination.
