Since its first edition which took place sometime in August
2014, Goal’15 has been reinstated to express the full idea behind the Goal
initiative; as such,
The 2015 Edition of Goal’15
Charity Soccer Festival will feature a week of activities, which will draw
children from four orphanages in Abuja, as well as the whole society.
The week of events is to begin with a Seminar and press conference which is to take place on the 4th of August, 2015. With list of dignitaries who will
speak on:
- The need for youth empowerment,
- The importance of eradicating disparities between the privileged and the less privileged in the society and
- The need to support the youth in their endeavours.
Have you ever taken time to visit an orphanage home? This is
the right time as the week will also feature a visit to the orphanages from
the 5th to 6th August 2015.
And finally The Football
Tournament is taking place on the 7th and
8th of August, 2015 at the CityBridge Sportsplex, City Park,
Wuse 2, Abuja.
The event is to feature soccer matches, between teams from
the respective orphanages and registered teams.
There will also be musical performances as well as side
attractions for the spectators to indulge.
It promises to be a
fun filled event as well as an impactful one

TICKETS will be
available at the venue, for N3,000 which
is the general admission fee, as well as the minimum donation; percentages of
the proceedings will be used to provide for the immediate needs of the
orphanages and will also be used to support the orphanages in setting up means
to generate funds.
